Ownership History: We sold this 76 172M Skyhawk II to the current owner back in 2003. It was a nice, low time, original airplane. What a difference 12 years, many tens of thousands of dollars along with countless hours of Uncompromising Pride Of Ownership can make. If you didn't "know" the differences, you would think this was a 2-3 year old aircraft. It Is That Nice! This airplane was originally based in Oklahoma at the beginning of its life. The current of the last 12 years has been hangared here in Texas.

Damage History: In 1980 there were two wing tip skins, the right outboard leading edge skin, and a flap end cap shin replaced. No other damage was noted up visual inspection and the logbooks confirm no other damage history.
